Patience is the ability to tolerate delay, endure provacation, annoyance, misfortune, or pain with calm and strenght. Being patient is no easy task but its a virtue that can be cultivated and nutured over time. Here are some few tips i use to help keep my patience in-check, hope its helps you too. 1- Why am i such in a hurry, try to spread out your time and tasks. 2- What makes me lose my patience, be aware of it to reduce the frequency of impatience. 3- Learn from your impatience, if its warranted or helpful and figure out how to change than feeling stressed about it. 4- Write it down, what your feelings of impatience are associated with, take notes each time the feelings occur. 5- Learn to relax when you feel impatient take a few deep breaths and clear your mind. 6- Let go if you cant do anything about what triggered your impatience, its not easy but its possible. 7- Remember what matters. 8- Expect the unexpected be realistic. 9- see the big picture and remind yourself that most good things take time. 10- Have a positive outlook to life.
