Patience is the ability to tolerate delay, endure provacation, annoyance, misfortune, or pain with calm and strenght. Being patient is no easy task but its a virtue that can be cultivated and nutured over time. Here are some few tips i use to help keep my patience in-check, hope its helps you too. 1- Why am i such in a hurry, try to spread out your time and tasks. 2- What makes me lose my patience, be aware of it to reduce the frequency of impatience. 3- Learn from your impatience, if its warranted or helpful and figure out how to change than feeling stressed about it. 4- Write it down, what your feelings of impatience are associated with, take notes each time the feelings occur. 5- Learn to relax when you feel impatient take a few deep breaths and clear your mind. 6- Let go if you cant do anything about what triggered your impatience, its not easy but its possible. 7- Remember what matters. 8- Expect the unexpected be realistic. 9- see the big picture and remind yourself that most good things take time. 10- Have a positive outlook to life.

There are different types of parental abuse but the one i want to speak off is abuse by some fathers.I really cannot fathom why a man will be sexually attracted to his own child. It really hurts when i hear such stories. Can someone please tell me,why a father would have two beautiful daughters btw 3-5 and sexually molest them at that age even at any age it is totally unacceptable, shameful, criminal, and disgraceful. The worst part is in some countries especially african countries, the mother will be aware but because of so called stigma and shame she keeps quiet, pretends and allows this to go on. I know someone who was in a similar situation and right now as an adult she has grown up with so much hate, resentment, low self-esteem,lack of confidence, it really terrible. She doesnt make friends or want to go into a relationship, its affects her even mentally, i tried reaching out to her she snaps, draws back it just so sad. Please mothers know that any man who tries to or molest his child is not worthy been a father, and should not be hidden but taken far away from that child and made to pay for his acts, protect your kids at all cost, and help save them from such pain and torture

Most times we tend to forget how great our God is, the mere fact that we are alive and well is a great gift from him to us, we most times only acknowledge him when something big happens, or a great achievment comes our way we then thank him. He does so many great things for us each second of our life,he is really mighty, glorious, wonderful i can go on and on,he gives us gifts and miracles every day of our lifes and we should be greatful for everyday things like sleeping, waking up,feeding, going and coming in, and so on.
